Taking inspiration from Massimo Vignelli’s design philosophy, theories and guidelines to create a unique book design, The Vignelli Canon.
This 50 page book is a useful instrument for a better understanding of typography in Graphic Design. It illustrates the typographic design concepts inspired by the disciplined design of the Swiss, the white space from the Americans, forceful impact of type from Germany, and the wit from the English.
Utilizing the grid and typographic hierarchy to create visual continuity throughout the editorial and using my own illustrations for the visuals.
